I just wanted to send you a thank you email.
Not only did I learn a lot at the training course yesterday
(I found the personality selling fascinating),
but it identified “gaps” in my knowledge
that I now know need to be rectified.
I started reading
your book last night and didn’t
put it down until I was finished (much to my husbands
disgust he had to organise dinner!!). I found it gave
me a great overall idea of the recruitment industry
and touched on some areas that I have had absolutely
no training in (for example cold calling). It has given
me some great tips and an increased desire to find
out more. In fact, work asked to buy the book off me
because I told them I thought it was great, while I
said I was happy to lend it I told them they could
buy their own because I wanted it on my desk permanently!
